Under the direction of Mr. Scott Bearden, the UAM Music Theatre Workshop is celebrating the 80th anniversary of Rodgers & Hammerstein!  In 1944, Rodgers & Hammerstein teamed up for their first collaboration and composed Oklahoma!, an incredible milestone for American music.  They continued teaming up and eventually became the most successful partnership in Broadway musical history.  They composed many famous musicals, including, Carousel, South Pacific, The King and I, Cinderella, and The Sound of Music.
